Thirty-six individually folded Froebel origami squares, cut from an original 1960s Ordnance Survey map of Exeter (Sheet 176). Each square is folded using the Froebel method, then arranged so every piece keeps its correct position relative to the original map, creating a design that's part abstract art, part readable geography. Framed in handmade obeche (African maple) hardwood, hand-stained and waxed, behind UV-resistant acrylic. 49cm square.
